They were all neatly wrapped and they came with THREE batteries too . I loaded the batteries and two registered a number almost immediately . The middle one of the three failed to show anything and I then had the task of deciding where the two would go . I dropped desertcart a message in the hope I could get the one defect one Swopped . desertcart without quibble just resolved it in a blink of an eye . In all my years on the planet I have to say - they are fabulous . If only the UK Government would take a lead out of their book . The customer central to all they do . Unlike our Leaders in Power who put themselves first . The two remaining items are functioning well and are simple to use . They display the room temperature in black numbers ( like a casio watch ) and the humidity , in the two rooms . They are easy to view and stand up with the stand which flips to give good mountability . I would without doubt state that these are very good value for money and even with one monitor down , you can move them round with ease . Great , and at least with 3 in the pack , if one fails you can still sing the Meatloaf classic , whilst moving round your house like a "Bat out of hell" checking readings. **Q: Can this be used inside a fridge, such as in a motorhome to monitor the temperature in hot climates?**
A: I can't see why not, it's compact enough and has a magnet on the back. The only issue might be battery life, but it's probably worth a punt.

**Q: Does this item have Bluetooth and an app to view it on?**
A: Unfortunately not, these are entirely stand-alone so their details/readings cannot be viewed remotely.

**Q: Can i use this in my cigar humidor box? Humidity range between 65RH anf 75RH?**
A: I don’t see why not. The humidity range is specified as 10% to 99% RH, so as long as it will fit in the box there should be no problem. It’s not an application I’ve actually tried though.
