I like the flavour, really the closest one to soya sauce. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty but quite sweet *by G***S on 28 November 2024* This is a lot like soy sauce - it has that moreish umami flavour and a bit of a tang. It is quite sweet though - so not good for sushi, or if you want some in a broth, or a simple savoury tasting stir-fry.
