I tried on 2 faucets without success. I contacted the seller who immediately sent me another connector. It also failed to attach to the faucet. It's plastic, but you have to believe there's a design flaw if more than a few of these are defective. It does one function -- attaches to the faucet - so please test them before shipping them! I gave this 3 stars only because of the seller's immediate response. I'm hoping these quick-connect pieces are a standard size and the local hardware store carries that part. I can't use the hose without it so I can't rate the hose. The price of the hose is cheap enough that I won't be too upset as long as I can find that part... and the hose works better than the connectors.Update: Although the shipped quick-connect failed, I was able to find the exact part at a local store for $1. Because of the price for the hose, it's worth buying this product even if the piece fails. And the Seller is extremely responsive to any problems you might have. They respond within hours to any issues and have gone above and beyond making sure I'm happy with the product. Now I can at least use the hose so we'll see how that goes. But you can be confident the Seller will not let you down if you're unhappy with anything.Last update: I changed this rating to 1 star. The quick-connect issue was resolved by a $1 part, but after 4 uses the hose ruptured and is no longer usable. I made sure the hose was empty after each use, so the product is sub-standard. As others have said, the faucet thread on does not work. I found a piece that made it fit. However, we started washing our dog in the yard, and in about 5 minutes, the hose popped near the handle and water started gushing out. Not sure why.
