**Q: Does this work well for oversized cats?**
A: I have two (orange) American Shorthairs. Both are a healthy 13+ lbs. The first opening is perfect width with room to spare. Absolutely love the entrance set-up. 
I thought the (unremovable) divider entrance was going to be a little tight, and it is, but they navigate it well. 
It’s the proper litter box size length/width/height, even though they give you the suggested measurements, that’s more the puzzle piece (isn’t it always) especially if your pet uses a high sided, roomy box, which mine do. 
When it was all said and done, my cats loved it and it’s a functional, charming piece. 
I would buy it again.

**Q: Is it an option to not install the top shelf?**
A: Yes , but not at all suggested

**Q: Is this sketchy or an actual good product? What is the return policy?**
A: Not sure on their return policy but I just bought 2 and I have no complaints thus far other than one door handle had the screw holes drilled wrong. My litter boxes fit and my cats use them.

**Q: Is the divider removeable?**
A: In the process of building it I’m sure you could choose to leave it out, but once it’s in it can’t be removed without disassembling the thing… it also keeps the litter box hidden from sight

This is a great way to have your cat have their way and make yourself happy as well. Attached is a pic of the litter box in my study. Love how I can have the best of both world: a potty for the kitty without making it obvious. it doesn’t look cheap. It’s fair to assemble. It feels high quality and sturdy. I love this thing.
