I'm on my 3rd bottle now of this and I'm extremely impressed with this product. I have been doing in conjunction with the rules of Leptin (i.e. 3 meals a day, no snacking, etc.) I found these around the same time as I found Dr. Dan Pompa's website, and he's got some great info about converting your body from a sugar burner to a fat burner. [...] He doesn't promote this product, but I came across it on Amazon around the same time as I found his website, and found that this product greatly aids doing the leptin principles he discusses. In the process of moving away from snacks and changing my body from a sugar burner from the fat burner, I have had periods of bad hunger. That's where these capsules come into play. I take two when that bad hunger hits and they truly work. I am *extremely* sensitive to caffeine or any kind of stimulants and I've not gotten any negative reactions along those lines. I think if people are taking these tablets but not adhering to the leptin eating principles, they will not work. But if you combine the two, they are magic. I am very athletic and eat extremely healthy but still had a fair amount of fat that would not go away, even despite 20 years of 1.5 hour hill runs, etc. After following Pompa's principles and combining it with this supplement, I dropped 10 lbs of unnecessary fat in 4 weeks--and this was fat that was seemingly impossible to lose prior to converting over to the leptin way of eating. I am a mega amazon shopper but only take the time to review products I really like. This is one of them! :-)

Even though there were no side effects, which is great.. This product did not promote weight loss of any kind.

bought a months supply, taking as directed, see no diference

From day one using this product my hunger was suppressed. I lost over 30 lbs over a period of 6 months. I know it doesn't work for everyone but it worked for me. I love this product and I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight without the struggle of always being hungry.

Ive lost 6 lbs in the last 2 weeks with diet exercise and these supplements. The weight seems to be coming off more easily than before I started taking them with diet and exercize alone. I am very happy with the results so far and am very excited to lose the 20 Im working toward losing!! Happy I decided to try them!!

Produkt wurde schnell geliefert. was mir nicht gefällt das 1/4 mit watte ausgefüllt war :0(Wirkung weiß ich noch nicht , bin noch am testen .
