I bought these to replace the soles of my tennis shoes after I washed them and the soles wouldn’t go back in properly. These are so much better! They were easy to trim to size with regular scissors. I had to remove the original insoles because these are a bit thick. My shoes were a little snug after, but that's why I picked adjustable shoes. My feet felt great after walking 6 miles in these in the shoes pictured. I usually have backpain afterwards, but none since using these insoles. They have a non slip rubber backing that did great keeping the insoles in place.
