**Q: I need to use it for American products (110v), my country Brazil is 220 (v), will this product work for me?**
A: Probably yes, but not definitely. 
I use in Australia to operate US 110v devices from my 240v supply. 
It will drop the volts to ~110v, but the frequency will be 50hertz, whereas the US is 60hz. Most devices don’t car, but some things that have motors will run slower.  I’ve been okay with vacuum cleaners, leaf blowers etc. my wife’s sewing machine runs slow, but she still uses. 

You MUST also check the power of the device against the size of your transformer. Otherwise you will overheat the transformer and burnt it out. Eg., 
If your device says 110v 10amps, or says 1100watts, you should have a transformer of at least 1100watts, and preferably a bit more. 
When you first start using it, monitor that the transformer is still only warm to touch (not hot), and there is no strong overheating smell.

**Q: Use with cpap?**
A: I use it for a radio. It’s not that critical if it fails 
Havn’t checked it with Voltmeter etc

A: Si, le sirve.
Mientras no sobrepase los 50 w, le funcionará sin problemas.
Como simple similitud: sería como tener un tanque de 50 litros (que se llena cada instante), y usted solo le estaría sacando 13 litros . Le quedan aún 37 litros, pero por precaución, no saque mas de 40

**Q: Can I use this here in U.S. to plug in 220 volts and other side plug in a 110 device?**
A: As said in specs it's intended for use in USA. However since I don't live there, the pins are round so you may still need need an adapter (also mentioned in specs, e.g. if the pins must be flat.)
The quality is not "high end".
