Due to food allergies, I've had to change my diet to exclude gluten, wheat, cow dairy and yeast. This cookbook was the best investment I've made! The recipes are simple, with easy-to-follow instructions and goods that I love. There are recipes for desserts, wonderful crusts (including a flaky potato crust), risotto, meatballs, pizza, sushi and more. It gave me great ideas for changing up dishes I cook regularly.While this book might be too basic for those more familiar with this lifestyle change, it was a great starting cookbook for me. I've used it numerous times over the last few months - a sure sign that the recipes in it will continue to be kitchen staples.
