A: Originated in Paris, but you'd have to contact the ROC people at their website to find out if it is now produced in US.

**Q: Is this cleanser oil free? Can it clog pores?**

I found in the ingredients that it has Vitis Vinifera (Grape Seed Oil).  This is one of the last ingredients on the list.  The product is a water based product, with water being the number one ingredient.  But it obviously has the Grape Seed Oil.
