The different intensity levels and modes make it perfect for working on different joints of my body and I love that I control whether or not I want heat. I bought this to replace my last massager that had failed (the mesh part came apart). This one had great reviews, so I gave it a try. The massage function isn't as firm as my last one, and it feels like it is hard to keep in the right place. I don't find the relief from pain that I did with previous last massager. Part of the problem is also that the battery only lasts about 30 minutes and takes hours to charge. Otherwise, the build seems good. The mesh area seems strong, and is a comfortable material. If you only need it for a short massage, and don't like your massage to be very firm, this may be a good unit for you.

update: necktek has sent a replacement and it works great. hoping the battery will last longer than the last one, but so far i’m very happy with it. —————————— i really wanted to love this product but the battery life is so dismal after about 3 months. after 3 months we couldn’t use the heat setting anymore because it would make the battery die faster. now, less than a year in, we can use it for about 10 min before the battery dies and has to be recharged, and that’s without the heat on. very disappointing. again, i really loved this for the first month or two but the quality just isn’t lasting.
