She had cradle cap which was flaky. Her scalp is healing well after a few uses. Review: Good for psoriasis - This is a good mineral oil with no perfumes and not too thick. It works good for psoriasis to help keep your skin moisturized. I do wish it was a larger bottle though or at least offer a larger bottle so I dont have to order it as frequently. I use this brand and the SWAN brand which comes in a larger bottle (16oz vs. 8.5oz) but SWAN is also thicker than the Africare brand.
