A: The main ingredient is mineral oil.  Other ingredients make it easier and pleasant to take.  Personally I will never go back to mineral oil.

**Q: Is this different and/or better than regular (cheap) mineral oil?**
A: My husband uses it and yes he finds it better than mineral oil.  It seems to set with your system better.  I am on an automatic reorder for him.

**Q: What is the mild stimulant?**
A: This is not s stimulant.  It is designed to make it easier to excrete fecal matter out your anus.  It works; provides relief.

**Q: Can I use in cutting boards?**
A: I would not use it on cutting boards.
