BEST VALUE not only on Amazon, but on the internet! Very good quality - equal or better than items selling for 3-5 times as much. Looks GREAT on my cabinets! I'm building a new home and will definitely come back for more AMAZER knobs, pulls & cabinet handles. As to customer service, I can't say enough good things about this company. They were willing to bend over backwards to solve a small problem that I had - even to the point of losing money on the deal. I don't expect sellers to have to lose money to keep a customer happy. And the solution I settled on will probably take away what very small profit margin they may have on this item. AMAZER is five plus stars when it comes to customer service!!!!! Yes, you will need to measure the depth of cabinet doors and drawers to make sure the screws are long enough, or else will need to purchase some longer ones. My only complaint is how painful they were to install. I was replacing knobs on a pretty cheap dresser with fairly thin front plates so I needed to thread these in a long ways.
