It came all well packed and no damage to the internal parts, except one. One of the hinges was broken - however I emailed customer services on Saturday and they replied on Monday with the fact they had already sent a replacement in the post. Very good customer service I would say. Instructions are clear. However ease of construction wasn't as easy as I first thought it would be with the tall doors on the cabinets. I was mistaken and I thought the doors were split, one for the top and one for the bottom but they are full length doors. That means (in the second photo) there is glass that has to be screwed between the top panel and the bottom door panel. This needs to be done so precisely as on the first I didn't and the door is slightly off the horizontal. However on the second cabinet I learned my mistake and used a wooden template to keep the glass parallel to the panel. So just a note for those buying this - be careful when you get to this part.
