Does this have that?** A: No it doesn't but there's a small front compartment and I use it for my license, credit card and even extra poop bags. It works out well for that. **Q: Anyone have the belt length?** A: actually I just got one and at max extension you only get about 40 inches... too small for me **Q: I have an old premier treat pouch by terry ryan. it has two pouches, a smaller one in front and a larger one behind. does the kp have two pouches?** A: Sounds very similar. The one in back is large - the width of the pouch - while the one in front is quite a bit smaller and closes with velcro. **Q: Does the larger portion of the bag snap shut with metal or does it use velcro?** A: Snaps shut with metal. It has a great hing and was recommended by our trainer.
