The texture is really good, the taste is very tolerable, they cook like normal pasta, and I like them a LOT. I will be buying regularly. I'm also sorta kinda at risk for celiac disease from gluten per my DNA...so these are a great alternative for that as well. Try them!

This spaghetti was so tasty and satisfying! A little pricey but it’s money well spent for the quality of the food. It has limited ingredients and the texture of the spaghetti was satisfying. It’s important to follow the directions when cooking it. Rinsing it at the end is key to making it the right texture.
