For basic riding and bearing your weight through some medium trails, they’ll definitely hold up. If you’re dropping from huge heights I believe they should hold up. I don’t jump that high. I ride flats hard pedaling, and some modest to intermediate trails. I’m also 60yo not 22 and can’t screw up my retirement. You should be fine.
