Findlay Vinyl 16-Foot-by-32-Foot 48 Inch Height Riptide Liner for Use with Kayak Pools Manufactured Between 1977-2000

I purchased this liner last Summer (my 3rd for my Kayak 16x32 pool) with the expectation that it would work just fine. It remained in the box indoors over the Winter until just last week. We installed in using Kayak's video instructions and filled it over the course of 4 days. It leaks badly. Clearly there is a defective seam as I can see water bubbling up from under a wall section. There is no bottom drain and the only cuts that have been made is for the return fittings on the opposite side. What recourse do I have? Very dissatisfied.Update: I've changed my rating of this reseller from 1 to 3 stars. My issue is with the manufacturer. The seller was very responsive but unfortunately there was nothing they could do as I was unable to determine where the liner was leaking. When I contacted the manufacturer directly, they never even had the courtesy to reply. Lesson-learned--there's no such thing as a pool liner warranty, regardless of what the manufacturer says. It's now in the landfill and my wallet is $500 lighter.

My wonderful husband was able to easily install this liner in our ancient 16 x 32 x 4' Kayak pool we bought used in 1989 that he's been able to keep up and running every summer since. We bought it in part as another customer posted a picture of what it looked like installed in her pool and this picture is how it looks in ours. It's only been installed for less than a month but so far we are very happy with it and hope the extra thickness will help it last a long time.
