I'm so impressed with this one, I fill it about 5 hours before my lunch and it keeps my food piping hot. I preheat it with boiling water which might help. I like that multiple parts can be taken off to clean but there's one small part that can easily get lost or fall down the drain. I also don't understand the plastic part that comes off on top of the lid.
