My biggest complaint is the hold. I have rigid hair and this product doesn't hold really well. I've tried many ways. The only way to get the strongest hold for me is to damp my hair first, apply the product, let my hair air dry, then apply a small amount of the product again. I really wish this company could make a product with a stronger hold. The product is also very easy to come off with hot water. In terms of the smell, this product may have the best smell so far. It is not overpowering but it lasts super long, sometimes in a bad way. I can smell my hair when I walk in the wind, and I can still smell my hair after I wash my hair twice with shampoo.
