    An interesting approach, but needing verification

The book discuses a series of exercises, with the aim to improve sexual health in males. Most competitive systems rely on Kegel exercises or some form of mechanical/electrical system. It would be interesting for the author to review the various methods in the introduction, so that potential readers had a better basis for purchasing the book. As some of the exercises are a little technical, it would also be helpful if the script had been reviewed by a native English speaker. The author quotes herself as being the sole originator of these exercises, and It would also be interesting to include comments from users of this approach. Nevertheless, it is an interesting method, but one that needs a level of verification to achieve widespread popularity.

Very poorly illustrated, the photos lack definition and the stick men drawings are amateurish. There are so many grammatical errors throughout it makes me doubt the integrity of the book.
