I ordered 14 and I received 14. They arrived on time, in vacuum packaging and took ten minutes or so to fluff up. They are of decent quality for the price, but my sense is that some of these were "factory seconds." The faces of some animals were a little misshapen, or the eyes were off center a little, or the head sits a bit cattywampus. The kids were happy for the prizes and nobody complained.
