I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I always had soft, silky hair, but after using this product, my hair became dry. The ends look like a Brillo Pad, with breakage and no shine. I wish I had never tried this product. I bought six boxes and used three; I purchased the last two boxes because they were on sale. What a waste of money. Trust me, it's really bad. I also bought two bottles of conditioner and two bottles of shampoo. It’s just as bad as the hair color. Now I'm giving myself more oil treatments to get my hair back to being healthy again.
