You get the foam and the muff combo which is important for the best wind reduction. I haven't tested in high winds, but for me it works great for field recording in low noticeable wind. The fit is extremely tight in my 11mm homemade mics. I destroyed the elastic on 1 of the 4 setting them up and the mics with them now installed will live that way forever. Still the best deal I've found on these. I'm sure there are better options for more wind protection with longer hair muffs and rubber gaskets at the bottom. I'm sure there are easier versions to install. These are perfect for me to make several cheap and effective field recording mics.
