I started to put this puzzle together and only had the border finished, every piece turned upright, and maybe about 50 pieces inside the puzzle when Katniss (my mischievous Maine Coon cat) decided she didn't like my wine glass sitting on the table and proceeded to knock it over. Mind you, I only had a sip so almost the whole glass spilled on the puzzle. I tried to soak up as much as I could with paper towlels and towels, but decided to continue putting together the puzzle. I found out that there are four layers to each piece of puzzle and some of the pieces (due to the wine) are now down to three, two, or shockingly just the one layer - the picture! I was going to donate the puzzle to the library (with a message saying what happened), but I've decided to keep it. After I had it together and it dried, I realized I could actually put this puzzle together again some day. There were only maybe 10 puzzle pieces that were missing all 3 layers, but as long as I have the picture - oh well! Bottom line. Buy White Mountain because even if you have a jerk for a cat, it's still a very high quality puzzle and it was such a fun puzzle to put together.
