It came in perfect condition and I spent the month of March opening one a day.You get a great mixture, no duplicates of the entire family and what I love about this is it includes accessories that can be used with existing figures I previously purchased.I encountered the same situation as most of the reviews. Felix does not come with legs. After reading about it and contacting the company directly, I received no response from them, but it looks like it's meant to be interchangeable with Camilo, his son.Camilo is the only figure included in this advent calendar that also has legs separated from the torso and it fits perfectly on Felix. It's unfortunate if your 1. wanting to play with both figures at the same time or 2. Just display them.Felixs' torso does stand upright and is in the other set, thankfully of similar styled figures. This calendar would be good for any child who is in the age range to watch and enjoy the movie Encanto. Although it was a little expensive, you do get a lot of characters so I do think it was worth the money. They came in nicely wrapped package with a lot of drawing and interesting images on the outside.
