The machining of the case, stem, and bezel is excellent. The band links show no seams at all, and the buckle holds the watch securely on your wrist, with an additional fold -over safety clasp. I have a medium sized wrist and so I removed 3 links and moved the micro-adjustments on the safety clasp for a perfect fit. I really like the bold styling of the face, with the orange-outlined minute hand and large, bright dots of lume for the hour markers. The 120-click bezel moves smartly yet holds its place when adjusted. I think the watch is an ideal weight and perfectly balanced, so your arm doesn’t feel weighed down. It’s ludicrously “rated” to 1000 meters, and as a diver I know that no human has ever reached that depth outside a bathysphere or sub, but that’s ok- as long as it is waterproof for swimming or accidental dunking I’m fine with that boast. So far it’s been fine. The movement is the reliable and accurate Seiko NH35, so what’s not to LOVE about this diver? Review: Looks great, not too accurate - A really great looking watch. The way that the face is illuminated, and the choice of a kind of greenish color against a black face makes it easy to read at a glance. Even the choice of the date window's black and white stand out. I ordered it with the metal bracelet which is quite heavy. I'd recommend buying it with the rubber strap to save weight. The only real downside to me is the lack of accuracy. It gains about 8 seconds every day.
