It’s accurate, easy to use, and quick to respond, which makes tracking meals much easier. It does have “smart” features with its own app, but I personally don’t use them. I already have a nutrition app I prefer, and this scale doesn’t integrate with it, so I just weigh my food and manually enter everything. Not a huge deal, just an extra step. Even without the smart features, it’s a great scale and does exactly what I need it to do.
