This Rose color is actually much lighter than it appears in any of these photos. Lighter than any natural lip color. With that said, it is a nice color, but you may want to tint it up a bit with a little bit darker color, depending on what you are going for. I know that I definitely will in certain circumstances. As is, it is a nice daywear color when I'm hanging out at home or going out without really getting dressed up. Very soft and lightweight.For the most part, this is just an okay lipstick. It's a little bit creamy and somewhat of a matte layer, though not as flat as a full out matte lipstick. It is not glossy at all. Mostly creamy, but not velvety. Goes on easily but only lasts for a little while. Will not at all hold up while eating or chewing on your lips. If you can leave them alone, it will last for a couple hours, at very best. It feels somewhat creamy and is moisturizing to the lips. Feels nice, but not messy.The tube itself is gorgeous.
