All of the screw holes matched up so it was just a matter of taking a nylon pry bar and prying out the old one after removing the screws. I cut with a box cutter around the frame so as not to pull up any paint or fiberglass (?) material from the body of the RV. It screwed right in. I used a bit of caulk around the frame before putting it in.The door itself is a bit flimsy, that's why I'm not giving it five stars. The frame is sturdy, and the lock works fine.
