Nice birght headlamp for multiple Uses!!
This headlamp is GREAT! It not only allows you to work hands free, but the light is bright and allows you to view item in dark places. I have used them in plumbing projects, working on my truck and going spelunking, This headlamp is powered via 2 rechargeable cells. The batteries are charged via an included power adapter (you have to plug in the adapter to the headlamp to charge the batteries). It is also great because it offers several lighting options (Bright, medium, dim, and Strobe). The headlamp fights nice and snug on my head using the adjustable head strap! The main body of the headlamp is made of strong but light plastic. The total weight is fairly light in weight which I think good for long time usage. Overall, good quality headlamp regarding the price. I recommend this headlamp for multiple uses!!5000 Lumens 4 Modes Waterproof Rechargeable Headlamp,CREE LED Headlamp Flashlight for Cycling, Running, Dog Walking, Camping, Hiking, Fishing, Night Reading and DIY Works (by STCT Street Cat )

Don't shine your light in her eyes.
I absolutely love this headlamp. I have had quite a few of them in the past and this one it by-far the best one yet. It is very bright, I like that it easily zooms in and out, flood light to spot light. But hte feature that I like the best is the auto-off when I come into a lighted area. I can't wait to go camping with it. When I use it outdoors in the dark, full brightness. When I walk into my trailer or cabin, it turns off. How great is that? This will make battery life so much longer. But by far the best part is I won't have to hear my wife yell at me (humor) when I come back in and forget to turn it off while the light is shinning in her eyes.Only down side: it is a little heavier than some. But then the lighter ones don't work this well.

Spectacular Headlamp Is Positively Dazzling
This is the most powerful flashlight I've ever worn on my head. Never mind that it's the only flashlight I've ever worn on my head -- it's fantastic. I'm a long-distance walker and I live in dread of someone running me down when I'm walking home from a sunset photo shoot. This will keep them at bay, especially in its strobe mode.I was walking around the neighborhood tonight, testing this triple-headed monster. I think the neighbors were terrified. It's so incredibly bright, it is downright painful to look directly at it. I'm going to have to dig up my eclipse glasses if I want to look at myself in the mirror while wearing it. And woe be unto anyone at whom I direct my gaze while it’s blazing at full tilt. They’ll be blinded, albeit temporarily.I was surprised to discover that the largest of its trio of light lenses slides outward or inward, telescoping its light beam either out to a wide circle or even further concentrating its wrath into a tight, spectacularly bright and menacing rectangle. Villains beware when you cry havoc! and let slip the dogs of war with this dazzling light-weapon. Tactical flashlight, indeed.I usually wear it over a hat, and once I adjusted it specifically for my oversized noggin, it felt like it belonged there. In fact, I'm wearing it now. I think I'll leave it on for while -- it makes me feel ... uh ... powerful. I swear to you I’m not exaggerating when I call it magnificent.

it's super bright, and it stays bright for hours!
I have to give the manufacturer a ton of credit for standing behind their product... Although I had a few issues witth the headlamp, the manufacturer offered to replace it. So I've edited my review and my rating to reflect the responsiveness of the manufacturer, which I find to be commendable. This lamp definitely looks cool... I was excited when I got it because at first glance, it looked super nice... The body should be anodized aluminum... If it is, then it wasn't done very well because it looks like gold paint. It is super bright, but it's also heavier than I would like. It isn't great for running because of this, which is fine for me because I bought it for working on cars. The biggest problem is the elastic band is uncomfortable. I realize that I have a giant melon for a head, but it's not the tightness that gets me. The elastic band itches! Especially after working on a car for a couple hours. The second biggest problem is that it's difficult to use when I'm on the creeper under the car. The batter pack is too big and awkward. I'd like to see a headlamp with the 18650 lithium batteries split into two separate packs... one per side of the headlamp. The interesting thing to me is that the lithium batteries are in parallel and not series like a standard as or AAA headlamps... also, the electronics in the battery pack (likely the charging circuit, and the light selector) is just huge! Even for the relatively large 18650 batteries. The best thing is that the light stays bright for hours longer than my headlamp with standard AAA batteries which makes for an overall positive experience.
