I have been ordering Burgers' Smokehouse Country Hams for several years now. I have never had a bad one. These are called country hams and are cured with brown sugar and salt. I smoke my hams from 12 to 15 hours. I have been smoking hams for over 20- years and these are the best I have ever seen. They are not too salty like some others. They are just right. Thank you Burgers'.

This ham taste nothing like country ham. Not salty, NO flavor, bland.  I should have known better than buy a country ham from Missouri.  Stick to vendors from Virginia, Tennessee, Kentucky they know how to age a ham.

Relatively low sodium for this type of product with nice flavor. Fat was rendered being made into suet cakes for birds - the birds absolutely love the suet cakes.
