And up to what temperature?** A: I cannot say how hot the temp is, but I don't stick my hand in front of it either; it is at a minimum hot enough to burn you **Q: Does the vacuum come with any cleaning solution or does it need to be bought separately?** A: Mine came with solution. **Q: Can i use nature's miracle or diluted vinegar with it? want something rabbit safe.** A: I’m not sure why you couldn’t, I’m sure the vinegar would be easier on the machine anyway. As long as you kind of flush the hose out after I’m sure it’s fine. As far as how well vinegar would work on the stains, don’t know. **Q: Does it work on older pet stains and odors that have been there for a few months? We have tried other products and the odors are still there** A: We recommend using a pre-treat spray and cleaning with this model using our portable stain and odor formula.
