I had never seen one of these before but he knew what it was so we agreed that I was the one who should test it as a first time user.I just screwed it on and it filled the tire pretty quickly, it was very simple and straightforward. This is a great addition to any biking kit. He said they work for pretty much anything smaller than a car and they could theoretically be used on cars too in an emergency if you had a few of them.So the question of price comes into play.Do you feel that this item is worth the price (Currently $11:56) ? well, if you are stuck somewhere with a flat tired would you be willing pay that much just to get home safely? I appreciate that you took the time to read my review, Thank you!* ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great compact pump for bike or inflatable scooter tires *by E***C on Reviewed in the United States on September 25, 2019* This is a very simple device that uses a disposable C02 cartridge to inflate any pneumatic tire, preferably something smaller like a bike, scooter, or motorcycle. The C02 cartridge comes with a little "koozy" thing on it, like you would put on a 12oz can. This makes it comfortable to hold and keeps it from making noise if you have it in a saddle bag with some other common bike tools.The cartridge just screws on to the plastic part and you screw that onto your tire's valve and twist the red knob open the release the air. The manual says how much pressure to put in the tire but there is no pressure gauge so unless you have one, you are going to need to go by feel. For roadside inflation, it's a nice compact solution and even if you use this as your normal bike pump it's a decent option. Cartridges are very inexpensive and should last a while if you just have one or two bikes to maintain.Changing the cartridge once it's empty is easy and overall I'm happy with this little device. I've only ever used a normal bike pump or my compressed air tank but this is a great little tool for people with limited space or to keep in a repair bag. Quality is very good and I expect this to last a while under normal use.
