I mixed up 3 small batches/boxes of Jello with a 50/50 mix of vodka and water. Dissolve the Jello in the hot water, then add Vodka and fill the syringes. 3 boxes was about perfect to fill all the syringes. If I had added an extra syringe of vodka to 2 of the batches it would have been the perfect amount. Pro Tip: If your alcohol has a high ABV you can stash it in the freezer before-hand to cut the time required for the Jello to set.
