I only used the product a few times when I was sick or during the hot, dry PHOENIX summers. The whole reservoir cracked over the last year but still seemed to hold the water, just surface/stress cracks and I’m sick and went to use it for the 10th time maybe and fell asleep and woke up to water all over my nightstand and in the drawer of it where I keep my computer. The nightstand is warped and I’m drying out my computer to see if it is completely destroyed. The reservoir has so many stress cracks in it now that it looks like shattered glass even though it’s plastic. This is a terrible product.
