Every crumb came out, the cake was perfectly intact and beautifully browned. My cake pans were a warehouse purchase in “acceptable” condition. I see a tiny dent that will not effect cake shape or longevity at all. I love this brand! I fell in love with a muffin pan. My second purchase was the Pullman loaf pan, which I highly recommend. After this experience with the cake pan, I have now purchased two 9x13” with lids and a pie pan which are on their way to me. Next on my list will be the loaf pans! I think I’ll donate my Pyrex... They are a bit higher maintenance, in that they require hand washing and no metal utensils.
