It features a strong welded steel chassis with a cast iron table. It will take blades from 4.8 to 9.5mm wide. Bearing blade guides and thrust bearing provide maximum blade control for improved accuracy over similar entry level bandsaws. The top guide blade has a rack and pinion height adjustment, giving a maximum of 80mm depth of cut. It has a direct drive motor and balanced cast alloy wheels. The top wheel is mounted in a welded steel sub frame with blade tensioning and tracking controls conveniently close. A single dust outlet port provides efficient dust removal when connected to a suitable vacuum extractor, which must be recommended for increased cutting performance. The machine is supplied with a 6mm x 6tpi general purpose blade made from UK manufactured stock. A selection of different blades are available to suit many jobs. Instructions are clear.done some test cuts which are great. There are some helpful youtube videos if needed aswell. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works beautifully *by R***D on 23 June 2024* Cuts very easily and accurately - I could easily follow the line within 1mm. Following the instructions to set up the machine took about 2 hours, but that's a one-off. The machine weighs 23kg - enough to make it very stable, not too much to lift off the ground. I took the advice from others and bought a separate fence, so I can't comment on the one that came with it. Update after 1 year of use: is still brilliant, still on its first blade.
