Product is great for my outdoor couch but the fold seems from shipping and packing are still there and it’s been a month. Thinner than I expected.

I'm so glad I found this!I wanted a nice looking cushion for the top of my hamper where my cat likes to sleep. I've been using a towel, but I really never liked the way that looked, and it never stayed neat.I could never find the correct size (19.5" x 12.75) in stores. I thought about making one myself but decided that would be too time consuming AND I also wanted it to look professional.I love what I got!The fabric is durable but soft to touch, feels nice. I ordered Linen #20, it’s like a light heathered looking pink weave. The foam is firm, it holds it shape. I can remove the cover - nice for cleaning. It's sewn together nicely, no loose threads, seams are great. No problems with the zipper. No weird odors… it doesn’t smell like anything.It arrived on time. It was rolled up tight to ship. After I opened it I put two big heavy books on top to flatten out. It flattened out perfectly in just a few hours.I will definitely order from this seller again.Ordering was easy, and I love the custom options they offer to choose from.

Seems like a lot of money (nearly half the cost of the bench at $60) for a piece of foam wrapped in material with a zipper but when you need one, it will work. Nice that it is customizable from thickness of foam to width and length and colors. The zipper is the whole length of the seat instead of just the end so easy to remove foam for washing. Has a non skid surface on the bottom. Not sure on waterproof as it used inside. We have had it 6-9 months and seems to be holding up after a couple of washes - taking the foam out of course.

The quality of this cushion is amazing, the size was the exact measurements I requested, the color is absolutely stunning! It came wrapped up in plastic and I had to let it rise for about amd 1hour to fluff up, It was very easy but no instruction came with it. It isn't the softest but I was looking for something more on the firm side anyways. I am extremely happy with my purchase and my daughter loves it!

Ordered a custom size cushion for a bench in the closet. The dimensions are perfect, delivery came sooner than originally estimated, seller followed up to be sure that I received the order. I ordered the "gray" color and it matches what I expected - that was my biggest concern, as some of the other customer photos seemed to be a different color than the seller's photos. Love the rubber grip on the bottom so the cushion will stay in place. All-in-all, I definitely recommend this product!

Cushion comes with zipper without extra charge & I love it! The color is beautiful and the cushion is comfy. Delivery was a issue specially with the wrong delivery information, it's not the sellers fault but I would like to push this info to the seller so they can press this issue to the mail office when delivering products to buyers.

Got this product for my sons reading shelf. It came with what looks like a cut in one side. Pretty bummed since it wasn’t that cheap.

The seller was quick to answer any questions (within minutes!) and has clear communication. They sent good quality pictures so I could have a better idea of the fabric I ordered. The bench cushion arrived at the front end of the delivery time stated and fluffed up nicely. It is firm yet comfortable, the quality of the sewing is good, the fabric feels sturdy. The seller was clear that the fabric I chose is not waterproof so I do not expect it to be. I will just spray it with a waterproofer. I highly recomend!
