Over 88 lbs is always 4mm. For length measure dogs neck just behind ears and add 2". You can remove prongs from the collars to make them shorter. **Q: Can i exchange for different size or do i need to return and buy another size?** A: Measuring for the one you need is not intuitive. I believe the measurement was between the prong holes. If wrong, returns are easy! **Q: How durable are these fasteners? Anyone have one fail or become difficult to close with time?** A: It falls off pretty easily, but if you’re careful every time, you can control it. If it falls off while you’re putting it on, you can just slide it back on.
