I am now on my third pair and love them for the key points below.1. The Extra Large thickness helps to mitigate fatigue and reduce vibrations.2. They are super tacky and the rubber compound stays grippy for a long time.3. There is a very slight flange at the collar, and that helps to provide a stop to keep my hands from sliding around too much.4. The problem with grips like Oury is that while they are very nice, they are hard to remove and reuse. These, being lock ons, are easily removed for reuse. The grip feel is also very comfortable.
