Very soothing no sugar.Taste is medicinal and it's good for throat dryness and soarness.I can't take to much mint due to ulcer related issues but this helps in lowering acid and keeping my throat calm. I use it with pinch of honey. They don't melt in mouth but like refresher. You can carry them in your wallet easily. This has licorice and some other herbal throat calming medicines.No chemicals. Takes away bad breath also. One small dot have lingering effect.
