My iPhone 12 in a phone cover, measures 6” x 3 1/4”. I still have at least another inch to squeeze in the sides of the holder to tighten against my phone. Height wise, still plenty of space between the top of my phone to the bottom of holder that is attached to mirror. Plus, you can adjust the holder to raise and lower your phone. I have mine all the way up and the top of my phone doesn’t interfere with my mirror.
