I love the design of it & the cross handles as opposed to others with just a single arm. When we first got water to the house, the 'elbow' did leak a little, but I think that was just the overall new pressure coming to the faucet. Ever since, it's worked perfectly & we really do love it! When I first noticed the leak, I reached out to customer service from the store, and they were extremely helpful and even agreed to a replacement - even though it was past the Amazon return date. When I went to document the issue, that's when we noticed it was actually working just fine & not leaking at all!
