The carrying case that comes with it is a nice touch, as are the extra chest piece diaphragm and extra ear tips. But the real test of a stethoscope is the sound. So I tested the sound on a variety of medical tasks with the aid of a helpful neighbor. Lung sounds were easily heard, blood pressures easily taken manually, heart sounds, including my neighbor's murmur were easy to detect. As a final test, I was able to clearly assess my dialysis fistula blood flow sounds. This scope has very good sound. I'm really happy with this stethoscope and also with the price, which was just under $20 with tax and free Prime shipping.
