Review: Amazing flavor and results - I was struggling with my milk supply when I started working out and it seemed like I needed to give up running. My supply was pretty low where my baby had to eat from both sides for like 20 mins to get full. I didn’t see a lot of change the first couple days of drinking it day and night but then I woke up on the third day and milk was everywhere lol. I drank it only one time that day and for the following week or so. It has dramatically changed my supply. He now only eats from one side for 15 mins and I feel multiple let downs. It tastes amazing. Exactly like traditional creamy chi tea. I have replaced my lunchtime shakes with meal replacement shakes with ice, a scoop of this, and vanilla almond milk and it keeps me full until dinner. One scoop (of the provided one) provides a good amount of flavor even in a large thermos of coffee. And it acts like a creamer, because it is rich and creamy. I also use the berry packets during the day as a drink with my lunch. At one scoop per day, a container should last about a month. My daughter suggested making it into a homemade pudding, custard, or ice cream, and she may be onto something with that :)

**Q: How come there's 2 answers for if there's a caffiene or not. If there is caffeine whether in the tea or elsewhere, how much caffeine is there?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry! There is less than 1 mg of caffeine in each serving of Milkflow Chai. For comparison, an average 8oz cup of coffee contains approximately 95 mg of caffeine.

**Q: Can my baby use this product a lot?**
A: It is not for the baby to use. It is for the mother to use. I used it successfully for six months. One scoop a day did it for me, I mixed it in with one banana and oatmilk. It does in fact help with milk production. The chai latte flavor tasted great, I would use it again.

**Q: If there's 1,800 mg of fenugreek per serving, why does the label say only 230 mg per serving? i ask b/c you need a minimum of 3,500 mg/day.**
A: 230mg refers to the amount of our Proprietary Blend in each packet or serving, which includes Fenugreek Seed Extract, Blessed Thistle and Anise Seed. The amount of Fenugreek per packet is 1800mg due to a 10:1 concentrated ratio in the blend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slight increase in supply, but flavor isn't as great as other UpSpring drinks,

I've been using UpSpring Milkflow drinks for a couple of months now - I have seen a slight increase in my milk supply. I've never had an abundance of milk; however I'd say after using the UpSpring drinks I get about 5-10mls more than I would without. That may not be worth the money for some, but if you're struggling with a milk supply like me any amount of added mls is great. Regarding this particular chai drink, I actually prefer the chocolate and the berry drinks over it. Though the chocolate drink says to mix with milk, I actually have been using hot water to avoid extra calories and it tastes great! Unfortunately, it's not the same with the chai drink, and you really do have to mix it with milk for it to taste good. So, instead of making a drink with this mix, I just add a scoop of the chai flavored drink into my oatmeal in the morning. This makes my oatmeal taste great, so I'm fine with using this more as added flavor than a drink.
