These are the best safety glasses I have ever owned! They are comfortable and putting them on makes everything look like higher definition of that makes sense haha. First off. These are some really comfortable safety glasses. I tend to forget I am wearing them. As far as the variomatic goes. They do darken… a little. If you are looking for something along the lines of sunglasses, these are not it. But if you are like me where you go in between outside and inside all day. These work great. They darken down just enough that I’m not squinting when I am outside and then lighten up when I go inside so a clearish safety glasses. I do really enjoy them just because I don’t have to wear 2 sets of glasses all day anymore. I usually have clears on along with a set of darks on top of my hat.
