Review: Tolle Ergänzung zum Varoma - Die Silikon-Einlage passt perfekt in den Varoma. Ich habe als ersten Versuch 4 Lachsforellenfilets darauf liegend gedämpft. Die austretende Eiweiß-Flüssigkeit ist nun nicht mehr wie früher durch den Varoma nach unten auf das Gemüse getropft. Perfekt!! Zuerst hatte ich Bedenken, dass die seitlichen Aussparungen nicht für den Dampf reichen. Diese Befürchtung hat sich jedoch zum Glück nicht bewahrheitet. Die Aussparungen reichen völlig aus, damit aus dem Gartopf genug Dampf ganz nach oben in den Varoma kommt. Die Fischfilets waren perfekt gegart. Diese Silikoneinlage kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Reinigung in der Spülmaschine ist ein Kinderspiel. Die einzige Kritik wäre, dass der Artikel wie eine Zeitung zusammengerollt in einer Schachtel geliefert wird und sich nur sehr langsam "entrollt". Hier wäre eine flache Pappschachtel mit dem darin liegenden Artikel wesentlich besser.

Ottima la qualità del materiale e la flessibilità. Non ha odore e non mi sembra influisca sui tempi e la qualità della cottura. Per me promosso e lo ricomprerei anche se non è proprio economico...ma come tutti gli accessori del Bimby del resto

Ho acquistato questo vassoio in silicone per cucinare nel vassoio del varoma evitando di usare la carta da forno usa e getta. Oltre ad evitare lo spreco di carta risulta molto comodo perché lascia perfettamente aperte le zone di areazione per il passaggio del vapore ma evita sbrodolamenti di liquidi nei livelli inferiori e quindi rende più semplice la pulizia. Ottima la qualità del materiale e la flessibilità. Non ha odore e non mi sembra influisca sui tempi e la qualità della cottura.
