What is the straight length of the bar before it makes the first bends?** A: About 47 inches. Elite Fitness is 49.5 inches. No good safety squat bar will fit your rack. I would recommend still purchasing this bar but using chain suspended J hooks hanging from the top of your rack for this particular bar. **Q: Will this SSB fit in a Cap Barbell rack?** A: Mine fits in my rack and barbell rack, but mine arent cap.
