Bottle arrived and after having one taste of it, it took me a while to make it a habit honestly. But what convinced me and my very skeptical husband was our own 'test'. My husband has chronic gastric reflux (diet related no doubt and although he is stubborn about bad diet choices, is starting to choose differently). The GERD causes him to cough continually in the morning or throughout the day. He was willing to try the Oceans Alive marine phytoplankton tho.
